Great pair of circa 1910-1920 folk art decoy ducks, hand crafted in cork and wood, each with an old iron bracket to the base, probably used to pull them along in the water. Each of the ducks has small glass eyes, these may be a later addition, but we believe them to be original. Most of these older decoys were just made of carved wood, these are quite unusual in that they a combination of wood and cork, decorated in ‘duck’ colours.
In good used condition, great interiors pieces and conversation starters.
