Fascinating objet d’art created and painted by artist Ira Yeager (American 1938-2022). Crafted from patinated zinc with an aged patina and verdigris. The four-sided diamond shape is mounted to a wooden square pine plinth. Each side has a painted bust or simple portrait by the artist. Could be used as a roof finial, garden ornament, or simply as an objet as Ira had repurposed it at his barn in Calistoga, CA. Folk art style with a lovely rustic patina. Great as a display piece indoors with curiosities.
