American Southwest Folk Art frame in hand carved and painted wood, assembled with white porcelain studs and dangles, metal elements and applied tin elements on the back side. Found in Southern Texas, the piece was made in the United States during the 18th century, with the silver paint likely added at a later date to it. The crowning crest on top features the IHS monogram symbol. In remarkable antique condition with age-appropriate wear and use.
